Return & Refund Policy


We accept returns and refunds within 48hrs for local purchases, and 14 days for international purchases.

Please note that once your purchase has elapsed the time period we would not be able to accept any returns or offer any refunds/exchange to your purchase.

The Item that is being returned must be in its original packaging, along with the paper tags intact, unused and in the same condition that you had received.

In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase of the item that is being returned.

However, on a case-by-case basis partial refunds can be granted (if applicable)

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of receipt of the returned item and the approval status of your refund via email.

If you are eligible for a refund, then your refund amount will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please allow 2-3 working days for the refund to be processed

In case of rejection or partial refund of purchase, we will notify you of the reason via email.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund after 2-3 working days, please:

  1. First check your bank account again.
  2. Secondly, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at We would be glad to assist you to sort it out.


Sale items (if applicable)

Sorry guys and girls, only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale/discounted items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a size exchange we can arrange one depending on availability. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: Toddy Incorporated Pvt Ltd, STO Trade Center, 02-04, 2nd Floor, Male' City 20188, Maldives.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer the same terms to international customers and shipping charges would apply for order exchanges.



If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to gift it to you later, have no worries, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
